FAQ
Every question, answered straight.
Including the awkward ones - what it costs to leave, what happens if you stop paying, and what stays yours. If your question isn’t here, ask it on the call.
A hand-coded website built to win your local search, hosting and care, a booking calendar wired into it - and a system behind it that catches what you miss: missed calls texted back in seconds, every sent quote chased to a yes or a no, every finished job asked for its review and every review replied to, and your Google listing tuned up to full marks. Which parts you need is what the 15-minute call works out.
The day the site goes live, your past customers and unanswered enquiries get a text from you. Old jobs wake up and the first reviews land in week one. It happens once, at launch - it’s the fastest win the system produces.
No. It runs on its own while you work. Once a month you get a plain report: how many people found the site and how many enquired.
We can post to your Google profile - and Facebook if you have it - two to three times a week. The first 30 days are free with the full system; keep it after that and it’s a paid add-on.
We can set up an AI receptionist that answers, has a short conversation and texts the caller a booking link. Some owners love it, some don’t - so it’s available on request, never included by default. Callers are always told they’re talking to an assistant, and call minutes are billed at cost.
Three months, then it rolls month to month. All payments go through Stripe. Pay three months upfront and the fourth is free.
The agreement is a contract, and the monthly price only works because it spreads the cost of a full build. Cancel early and the balance falls due - what the build would have cost outright, minus what you’ve already paid.
The website and the system are part of the service, so they stop with it - that’s what the monthly covers. What’s yours stays yours: the domain name and the phone number are registered in your name from day one and go with you, along with any photos and content you provided.
Stripe retries automatically for a week. After 7 days a £25 late fee is added and the site pauses until the account is settled. If payments stop and we can’t reach you at all, the agreement ends and the early-cancellation balance falls due. If you’re having a rough month, tell us - there’s usually a way through.
Yes. You pay on the call where we agree the deal - and if you’re not blown away by what we’ve built at onboarding, you get a full refund. Where you have a customer list, the same applies if the launch blast brings back no replies at all.
Speed and strength. A hand-coded site carries none of the plugin weight that slows builders down - ours score top marks on Google’s own speed tests. There’s less to break, nothing to hack through an out-of-date plugin, and every line is built for your business rather than bent from a template.
Within 7 days of your onboarding form coming back, usually sooner. Your part is one phone call and one form - your business details and your photos - and you sign the site off before it goes live.
One page per service and per area - around twenty in all. That’s what lets the site be found for every job you do in every town you cover, and it’s what the AI assistants read when someone asks them to recommend a tradesman.
Yes, always. It’s registered in your name from day one - whatever happens later, the address is yours.
Email support@mirai-trades.com with what you need. Changes are part of the care your monthly covers.
